MOON Cafe's long-awaited New Menu Chorizo & Egg Plate has started!! If you hear Chorizo you might imagine a ground sausage but, MOON Cafe's Chorizo is completed with various seasoned Minced Pork.
This plate recreated the Chorizo served at "Hungry Boy" next to MOONEYES USA, using the recipe from DA PLATE LUNCH 808, which is a very popular Hawaii Plate.
